Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) have signed up Gurkeerat Singh Mann as a substitute for batsman Rinku Singh, who can be unavailable for all the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2021 season resulting from a knee harm. Rinku, who made his IPL debut in 2017, has performed a complete of 11 IPL video games. His substitute, Gurkeerat, final performed for Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) within the 13th version of the match earlier than being launched forward of the IPL 2021 public sale.

His substitute, Roy made his IPL debut in 2017 enjoying for Gujarat Lions and later featured for Delhi Capitals within the 2018 version.

Last month, RCB roped in New Zealand wicket-keeper batsman Finn Allen as a substitute for Josh Philippe who can even be unavailable for all the season.

IPL 2021 season will kickstart on April 9 in Chennai with a high-octane conflict between defending champions Mumbai Indians and RCB.

Each workforce is ready to play at 4 venues through the league stage.

Out of the 56 league matches, Chennai, Mumbai, Kolkata and Bengaluru will host 10 matches every whereas Ahmedabad and Delhi will host eight matches every.
